Experiencing regular therapeutic massage is an investment in your health and overall well-being.

Each appointment is designed personally to fit the needs and outcomes of every individual client. A variety of techniques is applied to provide a relaxing, therapeutic massage. A blend of trained bodywork skills may include: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, and subtle stretches. I am also certified in Prenatal Massage, providing relief and comfort for expectant mothers. 

Sessions are scheduled in minutes and clients receive the full amount of time as hands-on bodywork. Therefore, it's recommended that each client arrive 10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time to allow for paperwork (health form for new clients) and/or consultation, so that they can receive the full time on the massage table.
